GPVAC FLU-7
Description:
GPVAC Flu7 is an inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine for avian influenza virus serotype H7 (AIV-H7). In high-risk area of infection the poultry flocks of all types need to be vaccinated.
Indications:
GPVAC Flu7 vaccine is recommended for protection against avian influenza virus serotype H7 in poultry. It can be used in all types of poultry. It can be used in all types of poultry including broilers, breeders, ducks, ostriches, peacock, commercial and backyard layers.
Composition:
The vaccine contains indigenous inactivated strain of AIV serotype H7N3, blended in oil emulsion adjuvant.
Dosage & Administration:
First shot of vaccine may be used in breeders and layers between the age of 3-4 weeks. In broilers it is recommended at 3-4 day of age. Dose is 0.3 ml per bird through subcutaneous injection. The vaccine may be repeated twice before production, at 10-week interval.
Precautions:
Store between 2-8oC. Do not freeze. Shake well before use.
