GPVAC ND (A)

Description:

A killed vaccine combining Newcastle Disease virus genotype-2 and genotype-7F, blended with a gel-based aqueous adjuvant for use in poultry of all ages.

Indications:

GPVAC-ND (A) vaccine is a killed broad-spectrum vaccine to be used against Newcastle Disease in poultry for getting relatively fast immune response. This can also be used in the face of outbreak with Newcastle Disease virus (NDV), at an early stage of exposure.

Composition:

The vaccine contains Newcastle Disease Virus LaSota strain (genotype-2) and indigenous NDV strain (genotype-7F) in inactivated form with a gel-based adjuvant.

Dosage & Administration:

The vaccine may be used in broilers, breeders and layers at 8-10 day of age as a primer @ 0.3 ml per bird subcutaneously. This can be followed by using an oil-based vaccine, GPVAC ND-Kaseef, 3-4 weeks later. Because of its inactive form, its usage in the face of ND-outbreak is very safe. Its dose in such circumstances is 0.50 ml per bird.

Precautions:

Store between 2-8oC. Do not freeze. Shake well before use.
